150PHP per referral - (upon completion of the initial video interview and the initial
test/assessment completion) - applies to Recruiters & Marketing Specialists.
550PHP per
successful referral (50 PHP upon completion of the initial video interview and another 500PHP
after completion of paid working assessment) - applies to DEVELOPERS only.
An additional
4000PHP (90 days after initial acceptance & hire of Junior/Associate positions)
Or an
additional 8000PHP (90 days after initial acceptance & hire of Senior positions).
Cash rewards will be paid after confirmation of each recruitment process milestone listed above for each of your referrals.
